We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal information provided by you. The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

  • Names
  • Phone numbers
  • Email addresses
  • Mailing addresses
  • Job titles
  • Billing addresses and payment card details, if you make a purchase

Sensitive information. When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we may process sensitive information such as financial data connected to a purchase. We do not otherwise ask for or knowingly collect sensitive categories of information such as government identification numbers or information revealing religious or philosophical beliefs.

Payment data. If our online store becomes active, we may collect data necessary to process payment, such as your payment instrument number and associated security code. Payment data is handled by our hosting and commerce platform, Wix.com. You can review Wix's privacy notice at wix.com/about/privacy.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to it.

Information automatically collected

In short: Some information, such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and information about how and when you use our Services. This is primarily used to maintain the security and operation of our Services.

This includes log and usage data (service-related, diagnostic, and performance information our servers automatically collect) and device data (information about the computer, phone, or tablet you use to access the Services).

In short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including to:

  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy notice.
  • Service providers. We share information with Wix.com, which hosts this site and stores contact and inquiry submissions on our behalf, and, if our online store becomes active, with a payment processor solely to fulfill an order.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In short: We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information.

This site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If our online store becomes active, a session cookie will be used to remember the contents of your cart, which is required for the store to function and is not used for advertising.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if that isn't possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We rely on Wix's platform-level security for hosting and data storage, along with reasonable organizational practices on our end. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from a user under 18 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 18, please contact us at mr.4doubleo@mr4doubleoinc.com.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In short: You may review, change, or request deletion of your information at any time.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority (for the EEA: ec.europa.eu; for Switzerland: edoeb.admin.ch).

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). This will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted before your withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us. You may still receive non-marketing, service-related messages.

Account information. To review, change, or terminate your information, contact us directly. Upon a termination request, we will deactivate or delete your information from our active records, though we may retain some information where necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can usually set your browser to remove or reject them. Doing so may affect certain features of our Services.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, email us at mr.4doubleo@mr4doubleoinc.com.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

10. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

In short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 12.

If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data you publicly posted.
