Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, returns or refunds may still be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate or store credit may be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an incorrect item sent by us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
